Personal Collaborative Project
I started this tree more than a few times. Personal projects are subject to more scrutiny and are not always easy. John Symons the featured ancestor did a lot of good works and he was written about—there was even a short TV-documentary about him. Tracing his descendants was one of my very first independent research projects. I found cousins over time that were also researching and in combining the research I created this gorgeous tree that features images of his children and an except on his life. It took a long time to find what I felt was the best background. This lovely farmhouse and huge floral bush ended my hunt. I am thankful to everyone that contributed to the expansion of recognizing cousins from all over North America.
